Must have extensive experience in residential construction (Ontario preferred)
Able to read and interpret drawings

Enforce company’s policy regarding the safety work environment and quality procedure
Coordinate construction schedule and make sure the tasks and project are completed on time
Control the delivery of material on site
Identify, investigate, correct and document potential construction and safety problems
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Ensure the efficient use of labor, machines and materials used by the crew
Manage on site client communications and change request reporting
Monitor job progress and provide regular progress reporting to management
Manage administration activities including; timekeeping and safety reporting
Review and verify paperwork such as daily site logs, schedule updates, delivery receipts and packing slips, hours of service, etc.
